Development introduces Pacific Cannery Lofts, a warehouse conversion into
163 live-work lofts that merge modern living with a rich industrial past.
Built in 1919 by immigrant entrepreneur Lew Hing, the former home of the
Pacific Coast Canning Company offers soaring ceilings, exposed concrete
columns, and ample natural light. Adjacent to this uniquely urban living
environment are contemporary townhomes, a private garage, and artistic
landscaping. With completion expected by the end of 2007, Pacific Cannery
Lofts represents the Central Station community’s exciting debut.
